The President exercises overall leadership and holds executive authority over the International Corporate Purpose Society, ensuring all activities and initiatives remain strictly aligned with the Purpose, Mission, and Vision of ICorPurS®.

The executive officer responsible for overseeing the institutional visibility, public relations, and internal and external communications of the Society.
Fellows are highly recognized academics and professionals serving as senior intellectual contributors to the Society, admitted upon formal recommendation by the Advisory Board to the President.
Members comprise the broader professional and academic community of ICorPurS®. Membership is free of charge and open to all academics, industry practitioners, and students with a demonstrated interest in the study, advancement, or application of corporate purpose.
